During our family vacation at Hotel Katerina, I was initially hesitant due to its two-star rating, but I found it surpassed many three and even some four-star hotels I've visited. The decor may be dated, but it’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained. What stood out for us was the spacious family room, which comfortably accommodated my wife, child, and me – perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The friendly staff genuinely made our stay appealing. My son loved the breakfast spread, particularly the eggs and fresh fruits, which kept him energized for our daily adventures. The hotel’s location is convenient, just a short distance from the vibrant city center. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend Hotel Katerina to families looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Nairobi. It’s a place where you can feel at home while indulging in the delights of our beautiful city.
